1. About UstaadSearch
UstaadSearch is a free, non-commercial platform connecting teachers and tutors with educational institutions and tutoring opportunities in Pakistan. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
You can register as a teacher, an institution, or (for reviews) a student. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information on your profile and for keeping your account credentials secure. We may suspend or block accounts that violate these terms.
3. Your Content
You're responsible for what you post — profile details, job posts, applications, and reviews. Reviews must reflect a genuine interaction; fake or manipulated reviews may be removed and the account that posted them may be suspended.
4. Verification Marks
An "Email Confirmed" badge means the account holder confirmed their email address. An "Identity Verified" mark means our team has separately reviewed and verified that profile — it is not automatic, and its absence does not mean anything is wrong with a profile.
5. Third-Party Services
Contacting another user via WhatsApp takes place entirely on WhatsApp, outside UstaadSearch, and is governed by WhatsApp's own terms — we aren't responsible for what happens in that conversation. We also rely on third-party providers (file storage, email delivery, analytics, and AI-assisted search) to operate the platform.
6. No Guarantee of Outcome
UstaadSearch is a discovery and communication tool. We don't guarantee that any teacher will be hired, that any job will be filled, or that any listing is accurate — institutions and teachers are responsible for vetting each other directly.
7. Free Service
UstaadSearch is free to use and does not charge for job posts, tutor job posts, or applications. Running the platform costs money; if you'd like to help cover hosting costs, see Support Us.
8. Termination
You may stop using UstaadSearch at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
