1. What the service is

UstaadSearch is an online platform. It is delivered entirely through our website and, where you choose to install it, our web app. See Our Services for what it includes.

2. Delivery

There is nothing physical to ship. Access starts as soon as you create an account and verify your email address, and it is available worldwide wherever our website can be reached. We do not guarantee any hiring or placement outcome: we help teachers and employers find each other, and the decision to hire or be hired is theirs.

3. Cost

UstaadSearch is free to use. We do not charge for profiles, job posts, tutor requests or applications. Anyone who wishes to may make a voluntary contribution towards running costs on the Support Us page. Contributing does not change what an account can do. Refunds are covered in the Refund Policy.

4. Availability

We work to keep UstaadSearch available at all times, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upgrades or problems with our hosting and other providers can cause short outages. Because the service is free, an outage does not entitle anyone to compensation.

5. Suspension and closing an account

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break our Terms of Service or misuse the platform. Listings can be closed, renewed or removed by their owner at any time, and listings expire automatically after their set date.
